SHIPPING

Shipping is free on orders totaling $100.00 or more and a flat rate of $4.99 for orders under $100.00 (excluding tax), after promotions and discounts are applied. Additional fees apply for expedited shipping or multiple shipping destinations. Offer is subject to change without notice.

Your order should arrive within 3-5 days after shipping. Our shipping team processes orders Monday through Friday excluding holidays. Orders placed on a weekend or after 1:00 pm ET on Friday usually take an extra 2 days to process.

You should receive an email confirming your order shortly after you’ve placed it. If you don’t receive that email, please check your spam or junk folder. Shipment notifications will be sent to the same email address used to place the order.

At this time, we only ship to a restricted list of selected states within the U.S.A. We hope to add to this list soon, however. Be sure to follow us on social media ( Instagram / Facebook / YouTube / Twitter ) and join our mailing list (scroll down to the bottom of your screen to enter your email address and sign up) to get the latest news.

 

CANCELLATION

You may cancel an order at any time prior to shipment.

 

RETURNS

All sales are final once shipped.

 

DEFECTIVE OR DAMAGED ITEMS

If your order was incomplete, let us know within 10 days so we can make it right.

If you received a defective or damaged product, send a message to support@appalachianbotanical.com within 10 days and enclose a picture of the damaged or defective item. If it turns out to be our mistake, we’ll replace it.

In both cases, we’ll cover the shipping charges. (Please note that if damage occurred during transit and delivery, you are responsible for filing any claims for damaged or lost shipments with the carrier.)
